The dark moon is an ideal time for intuitive work, going within and quieting down. The workshop will entail a restorative yin practice to balance your chakras, open your meridians and give you space from the daily busyness of life. After yin, we will guide you through meditations to further enhance your inner perceptive abilities.
This transformative workshop will help release what you no longer need in your life as you absorb and harness the energy of the dark moon. By balancing your chakras and heightening your inutitive senses, you'll be open to receiving the newness and lightness of the summer season.
Victoria White uses her deep knowledge of astrology and clairvoyant ability to create meditations in alignment with the energy of the moon and the other planetary positions. Victoria teaches how to harness and use these energies to improve intuition and enhance life connection.
Kelsey Hendrickson uses her psychology degree in combination with her yoga therapy training to help others live balanced and healthy lives. She is passionate about remaining firmly grounded in the present moment and showing others the same path.
