Movie Night on Nathan Campus - The Lost City

We're hosting our 2nd SRC/GUPSA Outdoor Movie Night outside the Goanna Lounge on Nathan Campus.

There is seating for 100-120 students so, it's first in best dressed. We recommend you BYO seating, especially if you'll be late!

For the night, not only is the movie free, there will be FREE food trucks, hot and cold drinks and ice cream!

So the big question - what movie we'll be screening? We'll be screening The Lost City (2022) staring Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum and Daniel Radcliffe.

Event Itinerary

• 5.00 pm - Arrival, check in at SRC Tent and receive your FREE food tokens.
• 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm - Grab a good seat, get some free food, sit back and wait for the show to start.
• 6.00 pm to 6.15 pm - Approx. Movie will start once it starts to get dark.
• 6.15 pm to 8.15 pm - Movie Run Time is 112 minutes. Don't forget if you get thirsty during the movie grab a free drink from the Mana Coffee van (cold drinks also provided).
• 8.15 pm - Pack up your things, throw out your rubbish and have a great night. Don't forget to scan the Event Feedback form and let us know how you liked the event before leaving so you go into the draw to win a $50 voucher!
• Griffith Security Escort Service - As it will be dark when the movie finishes, Griffith Security has an escort service which is available at any time on Nathan Campus. For more details click here.

Terms and Conditions

Student Status - Eligibility: You MUST be a currently enrolled Griffith University Undergraduate or Postgraduate Brisbane, Logan or Digital Campus student to register (Gold Coast Students are not eligible to attend this event). Your student status will be verified prior to the event. A valid Griffith University Student ID card (or proof of student status) MUST be shown on arrival at the event. By attending this event you consent to being included in any photographs / videos taken by the event photographer / videographer which may be used in publications and for promotional purposes, unless you inform the event organisers or the photographer / videographer otherwise.

By attending this event you agree that you will act in accordance with the Griffith University Student Charter. Students will be expected to uphold professional standards of behaviour (including on social media) and any failure to do so will be addressed in line with the Griffith University Student Misconduct Policy.

Refund Policy: No Refunds provided when you sign up and are not eligible to attend, change in your personal circumstances or if you fail to attend so make sure you are eligible and able to attend before you purchase your ticket.
