Movefit 28 is a 28 day program with a focus on helping the average everyday lifter excel to greater height through learning and developing mentally and physically..

Here is a basic overview of the Program

1 hour Workshop

Movement Analysis – This workshop will involve a full overhaul of how you move mechanically and where your limitations are.

1 hour Workshop

Range Analysis – Range Analysis provides an in depth look into Flexibility and how you can improve staying flexible for longer.

1 hour Workshop

Nutrition – The basics of how to eat better, tracking your calories, energy production, Educating and sharing the best ideas on how you can make health your priority.

3 x 1 hour sessions

Lifting Technique – Posture, multiple muscular stimulus, breath and brace, Internal/external rotation, HLPC, push/pull, basic biomechanics

You will also get access to a 7 day pass to any My Movement Pro small group PT or Conditioning sessions.
