Movement with Kadi
Start your weekend with energy and flow. This class is designed to get your body moving, boost your vitality, and set a positive tone for the rest of your day. Expect a mix of functional movement, strength, mobility, and a little fun — all levels welcome. This is a women-only class, created as a safe and empowering space for women to connect through movement.

About your instructor
Kadi is a former Army Physical Training Instructor turned holistic women’s coach. With over a decade of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and energy, she combines discipline with fun to make movement empowering and enjoyable.
