Description

A brand new activity for the whole family to enjoy! Do something different this Mother’s Day and take mum on a specially selected nature trail through Centennial Park. Use the map to spot the clues and learn interesting facts about the plants and animals that call Centennial Park home. At the conclusion of the trail create a unique gift to take home and give mum for Mother’s Day.

Age: Recommended for children between 5-12 years

Meeting Point: The Education Precinct, off Dickens Drive, Centennial Park (see map below).

Time: Trail starts every 30 minutes from 10am to 11:30am. Once started the trail and craft activity will take approximately 90 minutes to complete (i.e. if you start at 11:30am expect to finish by 1pm).

Session Times:
10.00am (30 participants maximum)
10.30am (30 participants maximum)
11.00am (30 participants maximum)
11.30am (30 participants maximum)

Price: $14.50 per child (including booking fee & GST)

Special notes: All participating children must have their own ticket. Please be punctual to ensure you start on time with your chosen session start time. Mothers and other accompanying adults free. Cost includes activity booklet and craft materials on the day. Trail is stroller friendly.

Please note: This event will go ahead in wet weather, so please come prepared with wet weather gear. The event will only be cancelled if inclement weather is dangerous i.e. high winds and lightening. An email informing of cancellation will be sent to email supplied at time of booking at least 1.5 hours before event starts.

Cancellation policy: Once tickets are purchased no refunds, exchange or credits will be given, unless the event is cancelled by the Parklands due to dangerous conditions.
