Mosman FC Holiday Camp
Tuesday 18th April to Friday 21st April 2017 - 9am to 3pm
Boys and girls aged 6-14 years
NB: For less than the full 4 days, book using the 1 day option for each of the days you wish your child to attend.
For players who are members of Academy teams, the cost of the camp is included in the package but please register so we can ensure adequate resourcing.
Registrations will close strictly at 5pm on Saturday 15th April. This allows us to ensure adequate resourcing of the camp.
Prior to the start of the camp, we will contact you with final details.
What to Bring:
1. A willingness to learn and have fun
2. A water bottle, morning and afternoon snacks and lunch
3. Hat (compulsory) and sun block
4. Football shirt and shorts (does not have to Mosman FC club kit), with a waterproof jacket in case of wet/windy weather
By enrolling my child/children, I declare that they are fit to participate in all activities and consent to release Mosman FC from any claim or liability arising directly or indirectly from the program activities. I hereby indemnify Mosman FC against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered by my child/children during the course of these activities. Should at any time Mosman FC or its coaches consider that my children require medical or hospital treatment, I consent to you obtaining this at my expense.
For cancellation more than 7 days before the commencement of the camp a full refund less $20 administration fee will be given. For cancellation less than 7 days before attendance at the camp or during the camp, a refund cannot be given, except on the production of a medical certificate. On production of a medical certificate a credit for a future camp of the same value will be given.
Refund/credit requests must be made in writing within 72 hours of claim.
