Mosaic Workshop Kirsten Asche
Thursday 28th November - 19th December 2019 - 6.30 - 9pm

Lose yourself in this meditative, creative and satisfying course while you discover the unique artform of creating a beautiful Mosaic. During this 4-week Mosaic course, students will enjoy learning about Mosaic techniques, design and colour. This course is suitable for all skill levels.
Kirsten Asche
Kirsten Asche considers herself to be a modern artisan. Her path towards her current practice has been through various forms of study and mentoring, interwoven with other pursuits, and honed by years of visual observation and response. Mosaic is her current focus, using glass tiles, recycled crockery and beads as well semi-precious stones in order to create rich patterns and capture narrative. Her teaching experience includes working with a variety of students in community Arts programs, teaching children at Art Encounters in Melbourne. She has held “Mosaic of Paradise” workshops at her St. Kilda Studio over the past five and half years
