FEEL FULL OF BEANS WITHOUT THE CAFFEINE!

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30am - 7.30am.

All classes include 45 minutes of yoga asanas and 15 minutes of meditation practice.

Take on the 4 week challenge to truly experience the benefit of yoga asanas in your life.

Price: $120 for 8 Classes.

Payment :At the yoga studio or on eventbrite.

Morning yoga is the best way to feel fabulous all day long. It boosts your energy and mood and makes it easy to flow through the day.

Performing yoga in the early morning will increase your metabolism helping you to lose weight and make better food choices throughout the day.

Yoga boosts serotonin levels and the feel good hormones making you feel happier.

Starting your day with yoga gives you a sense of self empowerment as you have accomplished your practice before your working day.

Starting the day with our morning yoga course will keep you grounded and aid rational thinking making for a peaceful day.

About the teacher:

Sonya Furlong has been practicing yoga asana and meditation for most of her life. She brings to her teaching a deep love of the yoga wisdom that transcends the elementary exercise component of yoga and can lead to a profound sense of peace and wellbeing.
