Description

The Moreton Bay History Seminar returns for its second year, celebrating the diverse history of the Moreton Bay Region.

  • Ray Kerkhove explores the history and traditions of Aboriginal peoples in our district, bringing to life the long Indigenous history of our region.
  • Peter Ludlow focuses on the fascinating characters who have called the region home, stitching together the communities that make up our region.
  • Cliff Pollard and Jeff Hopkins-Weise commemorate the centenary of the First World War by exploring the repatriation of our soldiers and how they were supported by local organisations.
