Future-proof your business!

In partnership with Regional Development Australia Moreton Bay Inc, Moreton Bay Regional Council and Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism, USC is providing a free business development program to assist small businesses in the Moreton Bay region.

This six-week program will guide business owners and managers through a step-by-step process to develop an ‘investor ready’ business plan. There will also be an opportunity to present the business plans to an expert panel who will provide valuable feedback.

This is a great opportunity to enhance your business skills, adapt to the current changing environment and develop a meaningful plan of action. The plan can provide direction for you and your team, or be utilised as a tool to raise funds from investors, financial institutions or grant agencies.

About the workshops

The workshops take place every Thursday morning at USC Caboolture as part of the six-week program.

This includes the development of a customised business plan that is suitably developed for sourcing funds from banks, investors or can be leveraged for grant applications. The final session will be a full day 'Pitch to Panel' in which participants will deliver their pitch to a panel of experts.
