Overview

25 February 2026

Embedding PBS through supervision and coaching $25

This course aims to strengthen the capacity of supervisors and team leaders to embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles into everyday practice through effective supervision, coaching, and reflective leadership. Participants will deepen their understanding of PBS values, principles, and evidence-based practices, and how these translate into day-to-day supervision and coaching. The course also develops practical skills to guide, support, and mentor staff through feedback, modelling, and reflective techniques, while fostering a rights-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed culture that prioritises wellbeing and reduces reliance on restrictive practices.
