Cruise into your week with a dynamic 30 minute meditation session every Monday from 12.00 to 12:30pm
This is meditation that doesn’t require you to sit still or have any prior mindfulness experience.
It is accessible to most people and easy to do in your regular work clothes.
Based on traditional Chinese Qigong and Tai Chi, this is meditation that allows you to integrate your body, your energy as well as your mind with simple, direct and effective practices.
Weekly sessions are led by long term Hubber, Michael Agar, who has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu and mindful practices for many years.
