Monday Mindfulness with Hub Sydney

If you work in an office, the chances are you’re spending a minimum of 8 hours sitting down, working, managing issues, trying to get shit done, dealing with conflict, stress, stress, did I mention stress. That’s 40 hours a week.
That's not ideal for your mental health or sanity even for the best of people.
So, Hub Sydney is setting up the vault at 12pm as a little relaxation sanctuary for members & registered guest!
Soft, relaxing sounds will be played as well as candles lit to create a meditative atmosphere. If you just need a space to unwind, nap or want to indulge in your own practise, this is the time for you.
