About this event
Please note that this program is suitable for adults, and is a hands-on workshop. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. This program is a series which recurs weekly, except on the 18th April (Easter Monday) and 25th April (ANZAC Day). This program is held online via the program Zoom .
What better way to start your week than a few moments of mindfulness and meditation!
Join us for an hour of guided mindfulness meditation from the comfort of your home. This program will involve mindfulness, meditation and gratitude exercises that you can incorporate into your daily life.
Sessions will be facilitated by Callum Morrison, an experienced meditator who also has experience and qualifications in music and mental health.
