Monday 14th December - Adelaide Hills Outdoor Playgroup
Event Information
About this Event
We are so excited to be returning to The Old School Community Garden in Stirling for the start of Spring.
Due to COVID-19, we have had to put a booking system in place to manage the number of guests we have at playgroup. Parents are requested to maintain the current 1.5m distance but children are allowed to play freely. We also require that only one parent comes along to the session to allow space for sibling children to attend.
You are welcome to book one session or as many as you like. If the session is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19 you will be advised and will receive a refund.
Cost - $10 per family. 1 x parent and up to 4 children per adult.
‘Adelaide Hills Outdoor Playgroup' is located at 'The Old School Community Garden in Stirling'. 100 Old Mount barker Road, Stirling. Please ensure to park safely and keep driveways clear.
We hold two playgroups a month, the second week of the month on a Monday and the fourth week on a Tuesday, 10am to 12pm. For children aged 0 - 5 years of age.
The playgroup is set up for children to explore, climb and create, and to socialise and learn about nature.
They will play throughout the seasons and learn the benefits of enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
We have fun play spaces such as:
- Muddy-play kitchen
- Magic Potion Station
- Relaxing area for babies and family member
- Living and working vegetable gardens
- Magical Butterfly Garden
- clay creations, water colour painting, sensory play dough and so much more . .
We have a committee that actively participates in the growth of the playgroup and it’s future, by attending working bees, sharing ideas and developing an environment where friendships can grow for both our children and our families together. If you would like to join, come and say hi and we can sign you up.
