In this half-day professional workshop led by West Space staff Amelia Wallin, Andy Butler and Tamsen Hopkinson, participants will hear a variety of perspectives on building a creative professional practice. West Space staff will be joined by peer tenants and community members at Collingwood Yards to discuss strategies of self-organisation and collaboration, opportunities for emerging artists, and the broader Melbourne arts ecology. Together we will tour Collingwood Yards and end the afternoon with informal conversation between the speakers and participants.
