This training module provides you with the information to ensure that children and young people’s food and nutrition and safe transportation requirements are being fulfilled.
The topics to be covered in this module are:
• Food safety
• Creating an environment that promotes healthy dietary behaviour for children and young people
• How to transport children and young people safely
• Legal requirements for Australian standards
Pre- requisites and Training Requirements:
- Module 1: Attachment and Trauma;
- Module 2: Trauma Informed Practice and
Staff are required to complete Module 6 & 7 in the same working day.
Please note: this module is to be completed in 2020.
Times: 09:00-12:30 (with a 10 minute break)
