Event description

Description

The ARC Centre of Excellence for Electromaterials Science is Australia’s pre-eminent centre in its field. ACES is at the forefront of new electrochemical devices for energy conversion/storage and medical bionics.

At this symposium we will explore the most recent advances that enable assembly and characterisation of neural networks. Of particular interest is the possibility of organising neural networks in 3D, using advanced fabrication, to create the so called “Brain on a Bench”.

It provides a forum for leading international scientists and engineers to communicate their work to the next generation of researchers, and thereby inspire us to continue making the scientific and technological breakthroughs needed to continue our transition towards and cleaner, healthier, more socially conscious society.
