MOBILITY MATTERS #2

Why would you want to try and get fit when it hurts to move?

Everyone needs to feel good when they move. We were made to MOVE! This class is all about simple exercises and stretches to help you move well and feel great.

It's not what you do, it's HOW you do it. APT really goes into the most effective use of brain body technique. Explore the internal dialogue that makes an overwhelming difference to increased mobility and how you feel when you move.

Andrea works with clients between 12 to 88 and has always found ways for every single one of them to move and improve on their terms. The aim is to enjoy the Class and to leave feeling so much better than when you arrive, with a smile radiating from within.

All welcome – suitable for over 50’s & people who don't wish to get onto the floor.

After the extremely positive response to APT's first Mobility Matters Free Class - Andrea, from APT Personal Training & Portable Pilates, is bringing it to the local Burnley Backyard, RCLC Community and Richmond locals to experience also. This FREE class is with a view to a 4 week Mobility Matters Course of once a week at the same time and venue, commencing the following week. Enough interest will confirm this 4 week Mobility Matters Course going ahead. Dates: Tuesday 14, 21, 28 May & 4 June at 11.30am (60 minutes)

Did you learn or enjoy anything from the MM#1 class that resonated for you personally?

'I enjoyed being in a class and doing some different exercises that were still gentle but moved more of me.'

'It is never too late to start exercising again and also important to consider the language we employ when talking about our previous exercise regime. Also, need to be kind to ourselves. Also, important to keep moving through the aches and pains!'

APT Client below has major postural issues & back pain - photo on left is June 2018, photo on right is March 2019. APT developed a personal home program that can be done anywhere and anytime, this has assisted in re-aligning the body's centre & reducing the back pain. Mobility Matters principles are a major part of this program.
