Neil has been involved in the Networking Marketing Industry for 20 years. During that time he built a large and highly successful organisation throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia and was the number one income earner in a significant Network Marketing company until his retirement in 2006. Neil has an enormous capacity to develop strong leadership within an organisation. He has developed leaders in many cultural backgrounds and built and maintained a business with over 60,000 Associates.

Neil helped around 200 distributorships reach the equivalent of Gold and above and maintain these Pay ranks month after month.

By building this strong business structure Neil’s business qualified at the top rank in the company every month for over 10 years until he retired in 2006. The annual turnover of his personal network business reached $42 million per annum.

His personal mentoring and coaching resulted in his business being responsible for around 48% of the entire company’s turnover worldwide. Neil’s proven expertise is creating top ranking Associates.

He is an amazing gentleman who has a big heart and is very humble. His personal mission statement revolves around enhancing people’s lives; working with people and helping them build successful businesses in this industry.

Neil currently lives in Brisbane with Christine his wife of 38 years, a proud dad of two gorgeous daughters, two fantastic sons-in-law and two delightful grandsons.

He now owns and is the CEO of a Financial Services company yet still has a passion for leadership development in the network marketing industry and has committed to helping Max exclusively in the industry.
