What is Mixx Yoga?
1) A Physical Practice, A Mental Challenge:
Developed by neuroscientist and former athlete, Dr. Hooshmand, MIxx YogaTM is the first original routine of its kind. A highly untraditional form of yoga, Mixx is a true fusion of intense physical challenge and mental preparedness. It is a 60- minute high-energy class that combines Vinyasa flow yoga poses with heart- racing cardio intervals and anaerobic Pilates circuits.
2) An Eclectic Blend of Music:
MIxx Yoga is practiced with music ranging from Pop, Alternative, Persian, Spanish, Techno, and Hip Hop to Classical and Relaxing genres.

We specifically target a practice that is customized to your needs. Not only do we help you to accomplish your personal goals, but we assist you in tracking your progress. Our motto is: “xx” is where you put your initials and the practice becomes yours!
