This One day event will outline the steps you will need to take to ensure a successful transition from student life to gaining professional employment.

Cost: FREE

Location: MIT Sydney, seminar room will be confirmed closer to the time.

Morning Tea and lunch will be provided.

##NOTE - PLEASE BRING YOUR LAPTOP ON THE DAY###

The seminar will include individual sessions where we will work with you to create a professional tool kit that includes resume, cover letters and a LinkedIn profile. Participants will work on applying for a job that is current and will have the opportunity to hear from industry guests on how to prepare for job interviews and what employers are looking for. The aim of this seminar is to improve your employability opportunity through:

1. Developing your professional took kit,

2. Developing a resume and LinkedIn profile that highlights your individual

qualifications, skills, strengths, and accomplishments,

3. Working on a real job application to provide you with the skills to be successful in job applications and interviews,

4. Taking part in a Q&A session where you will hear from industry professionals.

A professional photographer will be on hand to ensure your LinkedIn photo is the best it can be.
