Event description

Description

Join us on August 14th for our next Ministry Breakfast: a time of inspiriation, conversation and encouragement for those in ministry

Megan Curlis-Gibson is an ordained Anglican minister and chaplain at Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School. She has almost two decades' experience in leadership and communication, including as a parish priest, youth and conference speaker. Megan is passionate that the Bible to be communicated “deep and wide” – allowing points of connection for diverse groups and for questions of the heart to be explored. She loves her family of three, coffee and laughing. Megan will preach to us on the theme of “The Lord Be With You” – a creative sermon exploring the Biblical theology of God’s presence.

Stephen Hale is the Lead Minister of the St Hilarys Network. He will be speaking about the implications of the new Marriage legislation and the new marriage era for Christian Ministers and Churches.

This event is intended for Ministers and their teams and is a wonderful opportunity to network across denominational lines.

Breakfast will be buffet style and you will be asked on registration for any dietary needs.

The event will finish just before 10am.
