About the program

Over the three-year program, Cadets will have study fees paid for, receive a competitive salary while working a two-week on two-week off roster and best yet, have guaranteed employment when they graduate.

Structured like an apprenticeship, Cadets will work on cutting edge projects in the mining operations and technical services departments where they’ll learn what it takes to be a successful mining engineer from the best in the business.

To be eligible for the program you must live in the Northern Territory.
