Come along to another truly revitalising half-day mini-retreat!
Get ready to feel relaxed and refreshed, and have a good laugh. Learn to make your own moisturiser and take home your own personalised scented jar after learning about our sensory system - in particular about the way our sense of smell operates with special guest, Vivian Paans.
Along with a pilates-style stretching class with Mel, you'll be pampered throughout, learning how to give each other a neck massage with Flora, and finish the day completely relaxed with a beautiful mindfulness meditation.
This mini-retreat is perfect for you if you:

• A full body Pilates-style stretch
• A DIY Moisturiser Demonstration (which you'll get to take home!)
• Aromatherapy Oils Workshop (to personalise your moisturiser!)
• A Shoulder Massage Demonstration (and practice on each other)
• Mindfulness Meditation
• Lunch, plus unlimited cups of coffee and tea
