Event description

Description

It can be tricky to find the time to take a weekend retreat, to unplug from life, yet we know how important and nourishing this can be for our body, mind and soul. HIGA was born to provide you with an experience of soaking up natures gifts, over the course of a few hours rather than a full weekend or overnight stay. The intention of this to 4.5 hour journey is to guide you back into your body, and to connect once again to natures elements, so you can go back into your day feeling calm, centred and expansive. We have purposefully included education around the potency and power of essential oils in keeping you connected to your self, even once you return to the normalsy of life. You will walk away feeling equipped with the tools that can anchor in your nourishment on a daily basis. What to expect: 45 min nature walk (does involve lots of uneven stairs - option to drive to the yoga point if you don't desire the walk)

45 min yoga session & yoga nidra (meditation lying down, with optional oils head massage)

45 min essential oils education & morning tea with oil infused raw treats

45 min nature walk to return to meeting spot

Location:

The Royal National Park, Loftus (we will meet at Loftus Oval/Carpark).

RSVP is essential by Thursday 23rd November for catering purposes. Weather permitting, we will update this event should the weather be less than beautiful!

Spots are limited, so please ensure you register as soon as possible.

Look forward to seeing you there, and enjoying the nourishment of returning home to our essential nature.

**National Park ECO Pass Approved
