Mini Meditation Retreat

Start your new year off with a little stillness, peace and kindness when you attend a 4-hour mini meditation retreat and get free email mentoring support to help you integrate this new way of being into your life.
Meditation helps you to relax, builds self-confidence and enables you to live in the present moment.
Some of the tools you will discover on the day include how to still the mind from mental chatter and the inner critic, being more heart-connected and accepting and loving of self and setting appropriate boundaries and how to manage toxic people and situations.

The facilitators Tanya Servaas and Rupert Guenther have extensive experience in meditation and facilitation and are both qualified mentors and coaches.
"Facilitating the mini meditation retreats is great because I am able to share with participants something I love and something which has helped me over the years," said Tanya.
"Learning how to meditate was a turning point in my life. I am more relaxed and I can respond to life more calmly because I feel present and grounded.
"Participants attending the mini meditation retreat will discover some simple, practical and empowering meditation tools that they can use in their lives."
The cost of the retreat is only $100 or come with a friend and pay $80 each (booking fee extra when booking with Eventbrite).
