About this event

Mindfulness is the state of being in the moment, being nonreactive and non-judgemental to the environment around us. Mindfulness can give us focus, improved quality of time, leading to greater productivity, life satisfaction, and happiness. Delivered in conjunction with Medibank, this introductory seminar will discuss why you should avoid multitasking and instead practice habits around thoughts, emotions and behaviours which lead to greater mindfulness, clarity and quality of life.

Delivered by Bec Mahony, Psychologist.
