Event Details

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, come and join us for a morning of mindfulness in the beautiful yurt at Temple Byron on 13th August.

The mindful morning tea is all about just 'being' together and practicing as a community of like-minded people.

Melli O'Brien (An accredited yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher) will guide us through sitting meditation, mindful movement, mindful eating and yoga nidra.

Please bring a vegetarian share plate for morning tea. Tea and coffee will be provided. Early bird price is $35. Regular registration is $40 or pay what you can should you be unable to afford this ($20 minimum). You can also pay in cash at the gate on the day itself.

Mrs Mindfulness (Melli O'Brien)

Melli O’Brien is an accredited yoga, meditation teacher and a certified mindfulness teacher. Known for her down-to-earth, engaging and authentic teaching, she has guided hundreds of people through her retreats and courses.

She has a unique talent for distilling the essence of the worlds wisdom traditions into practical, engaging and inspiring teachings for every day people.

Melli lives in northern NSW but teaches all over Australia at both her retreats and also as a speaker at conferences and festivals. She also has a blog where she shares tip and teachings on bringing mindfulness into everyday life. Check it out @
