Meditation is the practice of thoughtless awareness that has been seen to promote mental as well as physical benefits including reducing stress and improving concentration.

Tune in and chill out with one of our upcoming monthly group meditation sessions.

Mindfulness Meditation is an effective way of reducing stress and increasing the ability to focus. These group meditation sessions will teach you new skills, tools and techniques for stress management, resiliency and well being.

These sessions are suitable for beginners or those with some meditation experience. All you need to bring is yourself. You are welcome to bring a water bottle and a mat, although this is not essential. It is suggested that you wear comfortable clothing.

Classes are limited to 20 participants per session.
