Mindfulness Meditation session and Hatha Yoga class
City Easters seeing as exams are around the corner we are hosting The Active Living room on campus. Participate in a FREE Mindfulness Meditation session and Hatha Yoga class. This session will run through how to deal with stress, mindfulness, breathing exercises and deep relaxation techniques. Upon arrival, all people that have registered will receive a Lorna Jane goodie bag including 1 free session at their Active Living Room on Rundle Street.
