This class is for those who have already had an introduction to mindfulness and enjoy practising together.
We meet on Thursday nights in Clayfield at 6pm for 45 minutes of practice, including time for questions. A friendly focus on practice, with minimal instruction, and plenty of space for the mind to settle.
The $32 ticket entitles you to attend four practice classes, every Thursday for four weeks from the date you have booked.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of on-street parking and a small car park.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
If you prefer to sit on a meditation cushion, please bring one. Chairs are provided.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
In case of medical emergency, yes. Please contact the organiser for advice.
