Join us on a journey into the depths of your mind at this workshop event brought to you by Brisbane Mindfulness Circle and The Open Mind Institute:

27th of September 2017
from 6-7pm @ Fishburners Lv2

We're going to identify our current limiting habits, look at how they were formed and illustrate how we can recalibrate our subconscious programming to replace them with new lasting positive habits.

The ancient practice of Mindfulness is going to be unearthed in order to learn pertinent techniques that can be used to recalibrate our neurological pathways toward cementing our new empowering habits.

Our guest speakers will be Paul Pitsaras & Mitesh Raniga from The Open Mind Institute who frequently present on Mindfulness based techniques and overlapping psychological processes and have been Mindfulness practitioners for over ten years.

This promises to be a practical and powerful event that will arm you with mental recalibration techniques to propel you towards achieving your objectives a lot sooner than it would otherwise would.
