Event description
As you embark on your career journey from student to professional, you can harness the benefits of mindfulness.

About this Event

Mindfulness is the practice of being present with ourselves and our world. When we apply mindfulness to our daily lives, we have increased focus, feelings of calm and can make career decisions that have our best interests at heart, even during uncertain and unpredictable times.

As you embark on your career journey from student to professional, you can harness the benefits of mindfulness while navigating life as a new graduate!

Come along to this event where you will receive:

  • An introduction to the practice of mindfulness.
  • An understanding of the benefits mindfulness brings to your life and career.
  • An opportunity to participate in some simple mindfulness techniques.
