Do you ever feel stressed, anxious or down?
Does life sometimes get on top of you?
Do you ever wish your children were a little 'calmer'?
Do you wish to enhance your sense of well-being?
Would you like to learn how to meditate?
This course is based on the clinical programmes of MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) and (MBCT) mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
You will learn how to bring awareness to the present moment through meditation practice and how to use this skill in your daily life. A six session course, each session lasting 1.5 hours.
Sessions includes: group mindfulness exercises – instruction & practice, theory and discussion, course material/manual sheets
