Mindfulness for Stress - Devonport May 3-June 21 6.45-9.15 pm & June 4th

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course is open to adults with a range of health and mental health difficulties and also to those who are looking to reduce stress, manage their work life balance and engage in self care. This course is educational, practical and teaches a mindfulness meditation approach to changing patterns, enhancing wellbeing and getting the most out of life. The course entails 8 weekly sessions with home practice in between to create new habits. An additional Day of Mindfulness is included and will be held 4th June from 9am-3pm to consolidate your new skill set and assist you to embed mindfulness into your daily lives after the course. The course will be facilitated by Christine Hiltner - Social Worker, Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Facilitator.Early Registrations at the discounted rate are available for the first 12 online registrations.
