Description

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course is open to adults experiencing stress, anxiety or depression, who would like to manage their work life balance or engage in self care. The course runs for 8 weeks starting Monday October 16 till December 4, 10am till 12:30pm. An additional Day of Mindfulness is included and will be held from 8am-2pm on Saturday November 25th to consolidate your new skill set and assist you to embed mindfulness into your daily life. The course will be facilitated by Christine Hiltner- Social Worker, Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Facilitator. This course is funded by Primary Heath Tasmania and available for those who are unable to pay for our ordinary courses. You do not need to provide any financial details in order to be eligible for this course, rather self select based on your own knowledge of your capacity to pay.
