Description

Come and treat yourself to an afternoon of mindfulness and meditation. Meet other mums, relax, take time for yourself.

You will be guided through a series of stress-releasing meditations, simple breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. You will also learn mindfulness practices that you can do at home.

Rebecca will share with you tips and practical ideas about how you can incorporate mindfulness into your day, even if you are busy. She will teach you how to choose the best techniques for you based on your sense preference and your situation.

This is a child-free event.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Kula Yoga is located in Hawthorn East, Level 1, 259A Auburn Road. It is a short walk from Auburn Train Station and the Riversdale Road Trams. There is no designated parking at the venue, but there is on street parking near the venue. Please check parking restrictions.

What should I wear to the event?

Wear comfortable clothes that you can sit in and do simple yoga-type moves. Shoes are to be removed before entering the yoga room. Yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat with you.
