Mindfulness can help! There are simple, easy tools you can learn that will help make a difference.

Mindfulness is finally being acknowledged as a powerful therapeutic practice that is effective at reducing stress, anxiety, worry, and depression.


The end of year holiday season will be upon us very soon, so before the craziness and stress arrives, why not get in early to learn techniques that will help you stay calm and feel less overwhelmed during those moments.


Join a small group of like-minded people to learn and practice mindfulness together, lead by an experienced mindfulness teacher and counsellor.


I truly believe that learning to manage the mind in a more effective way, alongside a daily mindfulness practice, can dramatically reduce stress, anxiety, worry, and depression.


Each session will be fortnightly and a self-contained session, with a different theme or topic for the evening. Guided mindfulness exercises each session will allow you to practice and develop your mindfulness skills more quickly with the support of a qualified mindfulness teacher.

Group numbers will be kept to 10 people, to maintain a small safe space to share and learn.

Stephanie Beauverd is a certified Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher as well as a qualified Counsellor (BSocSi(Psych) GradDipCouns) with over 10 years experience working in the mental health/human services sector. She is passionate about helping others improve their wellness, and in particular their mental and emotional wellbeing.
