The course is based on the British Medical Association award-winning book by Vidyamala Burch 'Mindfulness for Health'.

The course takes place within a small, supportive and friendly group setting. It is open to all on a self-referral basis, including those living with chronic back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-operative pain, cancer, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, Parkinson's disease, and many other types of pain and illness.
