Being mindful means learning to focus your attention and learning to live in the moment, here and now. The practice of mindfulness will improve your mental and physical wellbeing. We will practice to celebrate the beauty of the present. We will explore mindfulness in simple reflections, meditations and above all, to accept yourself just as you are and move forward with the joy of knowledge you are growing and learning every day.
