About this Event

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an internationally run program, evidence based for preventing and managing stress, anxiety and depression. Join Clinical Psychologist, Miranda Stephens in this 8 week course to cultivate a daily practice and experience how mindfulness can change our reactivity and increase our sense of connection in our lives. For 8 consecutive weeks we practice together, connect and learn skills for a lifetime. This event will be run over zoom so participants will need internet and a device enabling audio and video.
