Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week course focused on mindfulness in everyday life as well as formal meditation practice.
Who is this program for?
The Mindfuel MBSR program is being offered to teachers or personnel working in schools. Discussion and some practical activities for classroom application will be explored.
Why should I attend the MBSR course?
In the MBSR program, teachers explore ways to integrate mindfulness into daily routines, learn how to respond rather than react to stressful situations and open the door to self-compassion. MBSR has shown to significantly enhance participants’ ability to cope with distress in both everyday scenarios as well as more serious stress-related disorders.
8-week program culminating in a day-long, silent mindfulness retreat (8 session plus one-day mindfulness retreat)
