About this event
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course brings the principles of mindfulness into everyday life by teaching specific skills and practices that can be incorporated into daily life. This course will help you break cycles of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion, and bring more calm, wisdom and joy in your life.
Learning mindfulness from an experienced, dedicated teacher and practicing mindfulness as part of a group is a lot more inspiring and in-depth than trying to learn it from an app or book. It will help you to really 'get' mindfulness, and experience all those wonderful benefits you might have heard about!
Cost: You can register now with a deposit of just $50 and trial the first week of the course. During the first session, you will recieve all the course materials, and you have untill the second session to try it all out and to decide if you want to continue with the whole course. We will then send you an invoice for the remainder of the course fee. This is $425/ $350 concession, and payment plans can be arranged.
