The MBCT is the central training for you to really experience and understand traditional mindfulness and how mindfulness is used to alleviate stress, and burnout; manage depression and other emotional challenges and instead live into the life you value with calm, clarity and focus.
Designed for those who want to learn sophisticated, evidence-based skills, this course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy program, globally researched and taught, and recommended by UK National Health as treatment of choice for depression. Psychologists, social workers, eductaors, leaders and managers who may be familiar with a range of Mindfulness models will appreciate the inclusion of exercises and content from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
You will see how mindfulness offers a powerful form of insight not available through cognitive reflection and self-anaylsis.

The MBCT is one of the three core courses in the Practitioner of Applied Mindfulness Certification, Level 1 program. The two other courses are: Mindful Relationships and Mindful Leadership.
All three courses focus on different aspects of applied mindfulness. All cultivate kindness, awareness, focus and emotional intelligence. You can attend in any order.
