Learn a Mindful Way through Stress, Distress, Depression or Anxiety

Experience the interface of mindfulness and cognitive therapy (MBCT).

Join us for an 5 week journey.

MBCT will be taught in a seminar format and limited to 12 participants


MBCT enhances the ability to live in the present moment and cope more effectively with emotional distress.

If you’ve just been going through the motions, it’s time to restart your pulse. Wake up and begin living again.

Learn how to notice your ex- periences and take the first step to reclaiming your life.

Tune in

Stop ruminating, worrying, and restlessly striving. Come to know things differently, and relate to your experi- ence in new ways. Live in the world not in the mind.

Get Unstuck

Do you avoid the hard things? Learn how to avoid avoidance by recognizing, acknowledging, then letting go of difficulties. Come home to the present tense and free yourself.


Watch Negativity
Pass-by

Find the positive in the negative. Develop different kinds of attention and learn to recognize the difference between outside and inside world problems. Let negative states of mind pass.

Stop Struggling

Open up to negative feel- ings. Acquire skills and tools for responding to difficult and unpleasant experiences. Face things, name them; then work with them, not against them.

See thoughts as just thoughts

What is a thought, really? It’s a mental event, not real- ity. Learn to step back from thoughts. There’s literally a world of difference between a thought and a fact.
