Overview

Join us for an hour of mindfulness and movement, to relax the body and give yourself some time to focus on yourself.

Take a moment for yourself and join a group designed for mental health carers to connect and unwind. Engage in light stretching exercises and enjoy a mindful walk in a supportive and calming environment.

This session offers a chance to focus on your well-being, connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving, and find peace in the present moment. Reconnect with yourself and nature while building meaningful connections with fellow carers.

A member of our team will contact you to complete the HelpingMinds registration and eligibility process. If we have not been able to make contact with you in 5 business days your Expression of Interest will be withdrawn.

Once a HelpingMinds team member has confirmed the registration and eligibility an official ticket will be provided via Eventbrite.
