Mindful Self-Compassion # 7 - ‘Identifying what you really want’
MSC is a further development of the basic Mindfulness Training. These sessions can help to heal Burnout-Syndromes and to cultivate a way to basically treat yourself well. With a loving attitude of self-care and the power of appreciation we can learn to coach ourselves. These sessions will cover how to discover your compassionate voice, to apply goodness and kindness, to face difficult emotions, to deal with challenging relationships and to embrace your own life.
