Dr Campbell Allport (Chiropractor) will guide you through simple and gentle movements, helping you to create awareness and focus of your body and mind.


Mindful movement is being conscious and aware of your body and mind and how they impact and interact with each other during movement. It is listening, exploring and noticing the different feelings and sensations that arise in the body with movement and the different thoughts and judgments that accompany those. Having attention and focus on feelings and thoughts allows you to be more attuned to different body states, recognizing and picking up on any subtle changes that occur. This empowers you to actively monitor the condition of your body and if necessary act to restore normality, whether that be with hands on therapy to free restricted joints and release tight and stiff muscles or through self-healing mechanisms such as targeted stretches and exercises.

Whether you are an avid athlete or simply keen to learn how to be more in touch with your body, how it feels, and how it moves - this class is for you!
