Julie Mac runs Mindful Meditation drop in evenings twice a month - 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
These sessions are for those who would like to discover the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation or just simply practice and enhance their skills. It is suitable for anyone over the age of 14.
It is a very warm, friendly and welcoming group. Join us.
The format for each session is:
1• 10-15 minute meditation.
2• Check in and short general discussion
3• 20-30 minute long meditation
We start at 7pm promptly.
